What is this set called in English?

I have been looking for days on eBay but can't find it, it features an EF66, 3 Container trucks, 2 gas tankers, 3 box cars, 1 Flatbed of pipes, 1 Black mail car and 1 Green Brake Van. With track looking like a yard in the centre. I have been looking for days and haven't seen it.

As far as the English translation maybe one of our Japanese speaking members can help with the exact wording as using an Online translation of the video does give it perfectly but it was released only for 1 year in 2001 it says.
