Does anyone have a product number or more info on this? The normal soundless opening door s-32 is pretty common, but I have not seen this sound variant outside of a couple Youtube videos.

That does look different for sure. Has the trailing car with sound permanently coupled to the opening door middle car also with sound. Could this be a Limited release. Hopefully one of our experts (sorry not me) on these Japanese commuter trains can help with the info. GerisPlarail1 really likes these and knows quite a bit however I couldn't find one on his web site although I may have missed it. http://myplaraildepot.weebly.com/
I haven't had any luck with the name, but want one.. . I love the talking Japanese stuff, even though I have no idea what it is saying..
I was browsing all 40+ pages on Jauce and found a couple auctions with this train, but no real help on the name other than what you have. Here are a couple: https://www.jauce.com/auction/d194630324
Gerisplarail1, one of our fellow member here had one up for sale a while ago. Maybe he can fill us in. I can't find the thread at the moment.

Nice to see that they are floating around on auctions, with any luck maybe ill find one in a preowned shop while I'm over there in a couple weeks, I'm just glad it has that attached coupler to make it stand out.
Oh boy, you are visiting the Re-sale Shops in Japan in a couple of weeks? I would love to hear all about it, maybe even some pictures if thats possible...I can only dream of visiting myself. I really hope you find one and a whole lot more.

Hopefully I can do one better and get video.
So it looks like this belongs to a set.. I may have a go at the auction I found this image from, but here is a pic of what the set looks like.
