New E-353 Series Train

I am assuming that the newly listed E-353 train (pre-order) listed at Hobby Search (no picture) is like the picture below. It may also be whistle controlled if I am reading it right.
Looks very much like the Narita Express. Anyone have further info?

It's replacing the E257 Azusa in Plarail form

Ooh, they did a recent episode of Japan Railway Journal on this train.

The 'real thing' looks like an update to the Thunderbird of recent years, although I could be wrong there are so many different trains out there
