More Treasures FromJapan..

My shipping bill is going to be "through the roof!!" I just was browsing and found two auctions with buy it now's. I had to do it....

The one auction is the Donald Duck "western steamer" blue train with box. Also in this auction was the Goofey "western steamer" green train with the box as well.

The second auction was for a Plarail T-6 Percy and T-19 Lady.

Those Disney Western Steamers are great especially the Blue one.

So it has arrived. This has been my largest package from Japan yet. If you read my other thread regarding shipping you already know it was quite pricey for shipping. Was it worth it? Well who knows, but it is only money right..lol.
Anyway. Here is the box, which was massive. And quite heavy.


First up, is the Silver Rapit. Nigel this one very cool, a must have for you. . Reminder on this, I got lucky. The engine and middle car were in a lot and I happen to find the end car in another lot and won them both.


Next up, because I have a daughter who loves pink and Hello Kitty and because these do not come up all that much with the figures, I won his one. Just the two cars and 4 figures.


And next is the Disney "Donald and Goofy" western river railroad trains. They are used but I have wanted these for some time and could not find them at a good price. These were Together for 2000¥ buy it now..


Next I mainly wanted this for the Lady box, but Percy was a bonus. Again not new, but nice to have. These were from the same seller as above and 2000¥ buy it now.


Second to last we have the 1st Pokemon set. This one is missing a few figures and I have not put it together yet.



And finally, this one may be rare as I have not seen it before but then again never have really looked for it. Sun mentioned he had not seen it before either. I sought his advice on if he thought it was a good buy. And I am happy to report it looks complete. In the auction pics it looked to be missing the carry car and some other stuff. Turns out on the sides are little storage bays since this can all be packed up. All of the track, figures and both cars and train were in there. Amazing...

Wow...very nice Ripley and nice prices too. I am jealous...I think I am going to buy a bunch of things I don't need just so I can get a big box delivered from Japan like you...I miss that.

Thanks. Yeah I love tracking it and waiting for them to arrive. I should have a very special TnA tomorrow or Saturday hopefully. After that I may be awhile. Well maybe one more package FromJapan and that's it..lol.. Seems like I always find something I "need."

Nice collection there Mr Ripley, interesting you contacted Sun regarding that second Pokemon set as I actually saw that and emailed a link to Sun thinking it may have been a good addition to his pokemon layout lol!

I do indeed love that Nankai Rapi:t and as it happens I just won a motor car and middle car in an auction, I'm just on the lookout for the tail car now - so if you happen to see one please drop me a PM

congrats! really glad the fold away set was complete, especially the figures. if i was working more hours, you would have had a fight on your hands, lol.

The Disney sets are pretty cool. They seem to et stuck on the track in places, maybe because they are shorter? The blue one had a dead motor, but I got it swapped out and it is running good now.

Finally received my latest lot FromJapan today. A few different lots here but here are a couple pics of the items. The main score here was the Anniversery Thomas. I love this one and to get the box was a nice score as well. I have seen a few recently that went upwards of 7,000-10,000¥ so I got this one for about half that. The other score obviously is the "Front hook Splater" set. No box or track for it, but happy to have another one.

I got the western river one for 100¥ mainly for the exit car as the one I recently picked up had a bit of damage to the stickers. And then there is the Anniversery Disney Monorail. I will post in my other thread for that one.
