Trackmaster Dennis variation

Our friend Bkiv sent me a listing today and I noticed something odd about this Dennis!! It seems there is a limited batch of these variations listed on eBay right now!! Can anyone see what is different???

At first glance I thought they were Porters but may be closer to Connors maybe??? Whatever it is its unpleasant to look at.

Wheels look to be off. Different color. Is this the seller from China?

That's a different seller than the one that had Hank.
