I dug out my TM2 Phillip from the Locomotive bucket and I began to realize: he looks alot like CT Trolley CO. No. 2023. I then saw the oppurtunity to make a custom out of him.

Look forward to seeing what you come up with in your new custom.
I always felt that they put Philips' face on his butt and that the other end should have been the front due to the streamlining of the windows etc.
Too bad its Revolution as I would have liked to take a stab at a mod.
Thanks for your comments! I do hate defacing/ customizing a perfectly good engine, but I might have a few ideas up my sleeve...
@Ucwepn, @Nigels, I also feel that way about him. The way 2023 is designed is that both ends are like Phillip's rear end.
@Super neither can I!!!

Philip isn't ugly! He's a qt! ;w; Just look at that adorable face! And his enthusiasm is unbelievable.
Oh, wait, you mean the model. Yeah, the toys of him deserve to die in a fire.

He did, but I also have the same point of view. For once Andrew has a young voice actor! and his face, I just can't get over the fact that this mod will ruin his cute face.

In my opinion, Philip isn't long enough to be converted into (a good looking) #2023. I'd suggest using a BoCo with heavy modifications instead. However, the end does resemble that of Philip, though it doesn't appear to be as smooth as his.
Thanks for the suggestion DalaGStanator
