are there any semi transparent girders for plarail? i havent seen any on jauce, but that doesnt mean much.
im planning on using the trans green track as an elevated layout this weekend, and the yellow girders look a bit rubbish.

thanks in advance. Smile

Do you mean girders such as the yellow bridge supports? If so how about the light blue ones used for the planes and ice roads they are translucent light blue Smile

Good question. Besides the ones Nigels mentions which I think (not sure) they are more for the road type track than rails, I have seen just about every other color including green, red, white, light blue, dark blue, black, brown, gray, dark gray, yellow, orange, tan and I think a pink. There may be more.
Pink risers would go well with flourescent green track, especially if you could find a yellow and blue striped train to run on it Big Grin

I actually saw the ones Nigel mentioned the other day on eBay. I had never saw those before, other than in white. There were several in the lot, but I am not seeing them now so someone may have snapped them up. Speaking of the set with the motorized Jeremy and the blue see through track, does that one come up for sale much? I have only seen it once or twice on eBay UK.
thanks, all. yes, i thought of jeremys risers, but they are the road ones and i dont think they work for rails. i wouldnt have enough anyway.

i will keep an eye on jauce for a white or something. too late to do anything now, but for next time.

thanks, ripley Smile thats a good lot to get. they are fairly hard to get. ive seen a few jeremy sets locally, but always mega bucks and quite often the blue ramps have been stepped on and cracked.

temporary solution is i remembered i have grey girders, so going to alternate the grey and yellow to break it up a bit.

The Jeremy sets come up quite often in the UK and usually at pretty reasonable prices, complete and in good nick. If you want one Andrew let me know Wink

How about painting the girders?Blush
I've seen "wrap" paint that you can peel off afterwards.
