never seen this before any info?

in my searches i came across something that really confused me.

has anyone heard or seen a non-motorized green bulgy?
its pretty small. roughly the size of thumper or trevor.

I can't see an image but is it a Tomica Bulgy?

mite be. wasn't in a package. i will look into that piece when i have time.... which the way things are going for me right now should be somewhere in summer 2016!

how big is that piece? would it fit into a cargo truck? a troublesome truck?
a flat bed? like kevin or rocky has?

is that piece you are suggesting made of plastic or metal?
