In addition to the 3rd and final huge lot of “Junk” trains, (over 40 trains some Rare, over 90 pieces), We have some other purchases. I love getting these “Junk” bulk purchases as I have fun cleaning them up, repairing some and collecting valuable parts for future repairs.

Most recent arrivals from the UK, Japan & USA.

Left to right front...

Silver 787 Series Tsubame - Had no idea that there was so many different variations of this 787 Series train. This one is silver and is the sister to the bronze and dark gray versions. We love the “Armored” look of this style. The reason you see two is that in my search for an extra middle coach, this whole train was listed as junk and going for less than what other single cars were going for. Once it arrived the only thing wrong was the motor was improperly seated and was cutting in & out. Simple repair and good as new. Will keep the extra engine and rear car for parts or sell them not sure.

Twilight Express - I was always somewhat attracted to the Twilight Express not necessarily the EF81 engine but because in pictures the color combo looked neat. I wanted to have some of the coaches in my hand to see how they looked. Not overly enthused so I am not sure we will be keeping this one. Also added some extra coaches but take note...there is two different releases of the Twilight Express, the older one with yellow wheels and the later release with gray wheels. I thought of it would be easy to pick up some extra middle cars and swap out the yellow wheels but discovered that the yellow stripes on the sides of the yellowed wheel release is in a shade of orange/yellow where the gray wheeled release has a more pure yellow stripe.

300X - Always had my eye on this one but never had a chance to pick up a decent one. I thought it would be easy to add a headlight and when it arrived it will be even easier than expected. An extra middle car in on its way.

Seibu New Red Arrow – Rare - As previously posted this is just a beautiful train as I love the color scheme. http://www.blueplastictracks.com/showthr...p?tid=1431

Orange DD51 w/Yellow Wheels – Rare – Don't have this one in out DD51 collection. Never was after this one as it is kind of plain for my tastes but it was dirt cheap so I took a chance. May go to Ebay.

787 Bronze Middle Coach – Extra middle coach for our already owned 787 Limited Express

Back Row Left to Right...

DD51-851 – New in box, the easily attainable diesel was picked up for a chassis swap on a DE10.

DD51-1150 – Rare – Don't have this one in our DD51 collection. One New in Box and one Like New was mainly picked up for a chassis swap as I like the black chassis with white rails and gray wheels.

Limited Release 3 Train Set – Very Rare – I have wanted one of these sets for a long time as the exclusive to this set DE10-1192 is the most beautiful, except for the yellow wheels, of the DE10 line in my opinion. The new chassis for the DD51 in this lot will be swapped with this. I am told the the EF81 is also quite rare and exclusive to this Limited Release. The EH200-901 is very common and is available by itself. The EF81, EH200 and all the container cars will most likely find their way to Ebay but haven't decided yet. Thanks to CarrickWilmont for this one.

Thanks Nigels

I am running out of trains that I like so I am cherishing these new arrivals. I have actually been going through all our trains and selling some of the ones that we really aren't that gung ho about.

These are amazing looking trains. If I didn't collect the Thomas range, I would've probably had them.
