I have no picture of this product, but remember my "Offset Double Tracking" forum? This set looks like it uses the same idea as the town in the first picture.

This was called the "Conductor's House" in Thomas Motor Road and Rail.
I just picked up one myself in a second hand lot of the Thomas Mega Set, unfortunately missing the water tower.

No still Tomy, while it was still sold in the US, UK & AU/NZ as Thomas & Friends "Motorised Road and Rail" by Tomy.

Thomas TrackMaster Wikia covers everything compatible, and it's named that since it is the current and largest range in the Western countries. Easier than giving it a long-winded name with all the ranges.
