Got this today

Found this at my local Walmart today:



I already have a 2010 Douglas, so I really wanted to get the 2015 Donald, but they only had Douglas there, which is at least something! I'm still going to get Donald when I find him, and probably sell off or give my nephew the surplus Douglas...

On another note, the Walmart I got this at still has several of the Trackmaster Connor and Caitlin sets! They can't seem to get rid of 'em!

I have seen that too. Either they weren't a very good seller or they made way too many. Personally those cheap looking coaches and very plain tenders really brought down the attraction to an otherwise OK set of engines.

I too saw these on Walmart shelves a few times while on vacation. I was tempted to get them to re-sell but passed them up.

A few months back I came across a Caitlin also. She was on clearance $6.00!
What I've really been looking for is Edward! We can't seem to find a new version anywhere!! I saw one on ebay but it kills me to pay almost 30.00 for a train that should be 9.96 at Walmart.

I've thought about that too. The only old trackmaster train we have is Caitlin. My son loves her but it's hard on his ears because she's so loud. He has autism and a sensory processing (hearing) sensitivity so most of the time he wears his headphones when she is running. That's why I would prefer a newer version of Edward I just know if I order the one off ebay, I'll find him in store next week
