Well Hello and look at this!

My partner bought a bunch of tools from someone in the local paper.
When he came home, he was bringing in tubs, and I was like what the hell... you bought tubs and tubs of tools ?

5 tubs infact... he told me the story, which I knew he was going somewhere to pick up some cheap tools for sale, he said while he was at the sellers house getting the tools from their garage, he noticed the tubs and saw thomas stuff, he made a comment to the people like, ahh Thomas tank engine trains.. and they said they were going to sell it, just have not gotten around to it yet, my partner asked if he could have a look at it, they didnt mind... long story short...

they said they would take $200 for the lot, partner opens his wallet and said damn he has only $150 left after buying and paying them for a heap of tools, they were fine with the $150 Smile

Alot of carriages as well.

My partner got the tubs full of tomy and some trackmaster stuff today and brought it over... holy cow!! I have near no room left anymore hahaahahah

Only part I have gotten through so far was a tub that had alot of trains.
Nearly all work and very well, some I have removed their covers, they work just need terminal area cleaned, and think was only 2 that did not work at all... one has a broken wire that can be soldered rest are great.

Havent taken pics of other stuff, but there is another one of those big mountain pass tunnel things. Think thats 3 now I have.

great score though for the price and without the intent on buying anything, other then tools lol.

Funny cause my partner said other week "NO MORE TRAINS" for a while... and he arrives with 5 tubs of stuff!!!

Hi Cassino,

Great find to find that much trains, carriages and track. The Train you said was hiro is Neville and his tender is the one that is attached to diesel. and that motor carriage belongs to mighty, Mac (the two sided train)

I would love to find a score like this. That's awesome. Great find. And another Oliver it looks like. Also some of the double track yellow girders. I have been looking for those but other than the 3-4 packs from Japan I can't seem to find them. Keep up the good finds.
Thanks Smile

You have a good eye yes there is another Oliver and works too!!

Also has that flying harold station in all of that as well.
Still have not gone through it all, oh there is a massive cranky the crane that talks... annoying to my hears though lol

Lots of tunnels and stations, bridges too.
Had a Rosie that we did not have so that was good and Neville which I am sure I have, but have not looked through all my trains as of yet too see.

Need to dedicate some more time tomorrow to look through all rest of the tubs to see what there actually is. Just have not had enough time of late Sad
