Not heard of these. What is a Ringling Thomas? Is it Circus themed like Ringling Brothers or is that a spelling error and it is something else.

Plarail's not a company.

These are the small free wheel versions of Thomas, Percy, and James with front couplings which also make noises as they move aren't they? The Takara Tomy online store listed the release date as the 23rd of April.

I did a Google search in Japanese and it looked like they were released as I saw a few pictures of people owning them, but maybe they haven't had enough interest from the eBay sellers?
