Etienne hasn't shown up at the Fisher Price web store, so I presume he's a future release.

I don't gauge it by my local chain stores since we here in Podunk are at the butt end of the supply line. Seriously, the nearest Walmart to me *just* got in a shipment of Royal Spencer and Red vs Blue Thomas!

Nothing wrong with pre-orders until its already out in the stores and your pre-order still hasn't been sent yet. I have had that happen to me before, not on Thomas trains though.

Revealed at the same time as Etienne was the Daring Derail Train Set. A new Thomas variant, and a clever bridge where Thomas "derails" and goes down a dirt slope.
