Well I guess these problems seem to just fix themselves, because the only Charlie owner I needed to contact was myself, with 5 OF THEM! (Including 2 BNiB)

Once again BPT, I don't have any new acquisitions just yet, but hey, I can now tell you all that I got my Charlie fully restored now. He now has a new gear that isn't loud as heck, and the base has been swapped, cleaned, and fixed with a much, MUCH better one without any rust. So that is very good news.
(On the bad side however, that flatbed for Den is now stuck behind a $200 paywall because the seller who has the lot listed doesn't want to break it up even after I offered them a deal to get just the flatbed and even the red boxcar too, they just messaged back "$199.99" with ZERO words, that was fun.
