He does indeed have a unique face Super, it's weirdly kinda cute too tbh.

Hey BPT. So I have actually acquired something today, but it is something I'm using to actually restore one of my used items, so I'm not posting it here seeing as I've already deconstructed it to use for restoration.
-----------------------------------------------
And this item I'm restoring is the Charlie in "Play Time" Charlie I acquired at the very start of 2024. After a long while, I realized there was a large problem with it that I've worked on to rectify it. And it's this absolute abomination of an axle that I saw in October 2024, 9 MONTHS after I purchased it, still can't believe I didn't see this:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you can't tell what that is, that is LAYERS of rust. Rust that was essentially caked all on the model's chassis, and this rust ran throughout the model even hitting the drive wheels on the motor. So I bought another Charlie with a similar motor and restored the heck out of it, getting to be super clean again and essentially swapping the chassis on both so the things' clean, but there is one problem I can't fix that I need someone here to tell me.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do all TM1 Charlies motors' sound extremely noisy? I've swapped out the motor gears, the motors themselves, and screwed it back together, but whatever I do I can't get this motor to stop sounding so freaking noisy. And I think the problem doesn't lie in the gear on the motor, but on the twisty gear that the motor spins around when you turn the switch on. That kept on bouncing up and down after I tightened it back together and I don't exactly know how to fix that. So I was hoping someone here could tell me how to rectify that problem, or if that's not it, then I wanna know where DOES this noisiness lie within Charlie, I have seen some Custom TrackMasters videos on him repairing noisy Charlies but mine weirdly doesn't seem to shut up even after a gear swap. So if someone could tell me the issue, I would love it.
(P.S., the search for the flatbed has ended. I found a couple in some lots and I'm gonna try to separate it from those lots, and compile a truly original 2011 Den at the Dieselworks.)
