2009 Trackmaster Edward Cracked gear

If its the gear you have pictured with the caliper, I don't think anyone has found a source for that special cog. Research the Links Chrisjo provided above, if Member Ripley (who was our resident gear replacer) couldn't find a source, then its probably near impossible to find as he spent many hours, days and money trying. To me, your best bet is to find parts lots on ebay that have many not running or damaged trains for sale to start accumulating a stash of repair items. I could be wrong as my memory is not as it used to be and Mr Ripley has been gone for what seems to be an eternity 😒so if you do come across a source please share it with us. Good Luck
