First search I did produced these:

If you can't find an exact match, these are the correct diameter (8mm) and number of teeth (14), but out of the box they are too thick and don't have the protruding smooth boss. Nonetheless I feel that with a little care one could rub one down on grit paper or a file to get it the right thickness (about 2mm? you didn't show that), then cut the boss off the cracked one and superglue it onto the new one.

Getting closer. These look pretty much exactly right? The picture is generic but the specifications seem to check out. The key descriptor seems to be 'spur gear'.
