Shinkansen Transformation Robo: Shinkalion!

These are pretty cool using other vehicles as part of the transformation instead of train cars. I particularly like the one with the yellow Semi Tractor Trailer that will transport the E5 Hayabusa. Quite the wonderful engineering feat designing these. I wonder how they do it. Where do they start and how big is the team that creates them?
