Help fixing chuffing Annie

Oh wow...I had no idea...... I had no idea that the Annie's chuffer mechanic's were different than the Mail Cars (assumed it was the same) and....I had no idea there was a third chuffer!!! and it was in the vintage Tomy Trains series.
