Yep, you are correct. 60th Anniversary. I have had this book for awhile now and I can easily say that it's the best Plarail book to get.
There are many Plarail books out there but a lot of them are under a 100 or under 50 pages. I think it's the only Plarail dedicated book with the most pages and offers you insight for all plarail released (trains, sets, rails) from its 60 years. But it's primarily picture based. Text is only the name of the train, sets... No essays or anything lengthy to read. It's more of reference.
This one has 224 pages and costs around $18 USD.
