They are merely a buying agent for the world to be able to bid on the Yahoo Auction site where most sellers do not ship outside of Japan so you need a buying agent to act for you. There are many of these 'Agents' that do the same thing. So you will be paying for shipping from the seller to the Jauce warehouse where they will pack all the items up and ship them internationally to you for another price plus the buying agents fees.
