I have not seen this before, must have been a limited release right? At first I thought it to be a copycat but sure enough its a Tomy train as there were pictures of it on Yahoo.
Did a little research after you said what train this is a replica for and discovered it is from Bangkok, BTS = Bangkok Transit System
