Well, I've seen them too, and the answer I can give is maybe?
It seems Iconix (the company who makes the system) has copied a lot of Plarail/TOMY designs and accessories for the TiTiPo line, including the track specifications, and I also seem to recall seeing a YouTube clip where somebody ran the TiTiPo trains on regular Tomy track, so yeah.
As I say though, I don't know whether to say 'yes' or 'maybe' to this question as without actually seeing one and being able to test it, I can't say for sure lol 😂
