trevor, the “candy” Thomas was a pullback Thomas released by Yujin, a Tomy subsidiary, in Japan in 1998. It is essentially the same as the Plarail Thomas externally but has no motor. There is a little removable box at the back of the engine in which you can store candy (included in the pack). The Thomas is rather rare, but I believe the Percy is a bit rarer.
