Yellow Riser Question

Based on the sets it came with, it was available from a few years before or after year 2000 (at least in Australia).

I believe the ones I have came from the Thomas set with the set where there is a Harold on the steel rod rotating above the station. The set also had Bertie and a Thomas with a spring-like mechanism that produced the chugging sound.

Are you referring to the rounded Tomy logo or the current Tomy logo (with sharper corners)?

These girders were from before the current Tomy logo started appearing on tracks and parts.
