Looks like the modifier might have glued a Hiro face onto a C62-1 engine from the Real Sound Double Impact Set and made #51 stickers (very good stickers) for the Tender. The Hiro Nameplate stickers on either side of the smoke defectors however don't look as good...at least not on video. But because it has real sounds and not talking or station sounds, this real sound steamer with front hook can be ran with any of the Thomas steamers for a neat steam sound effect.
