I think I would pass sadly, the only reason I buy them now is because they run on my existing track once modified. We have had some TOMY thomas locos since 2002 
I do like the 70th anniversary LBSC Thomas and I think it's the first one I actually want and not just to review either.
We know you love the Trackmaster 2 and thats great, but I think you might have a hard time convincing the diehard TOMY guys here to your way of thinking hehe but you are welcome to try
