Welcome back, TM2K1! It really has been a long time.
Too bad you decided to give up on N scale. It would've let you get more creative within small spaces. I remember one modeller I used to interact with known as Locomotive Lloyd (the creator of Biggsfordshire), and his sets are so nicely detailed given he fits them into a little shed. If you look deep enough, you could find several comments from me praising his work back then.
You're getting a J70 (Toby) and recreating the Wisbech and Upwell Tramway. I like that class very much, so it makes me happy to know there are multiple kits available. Hope it's the Rapido version because it looks flawless. The Bachmann Henrietta would look somewhat wrong with it, so you should also get one or more of these kits for the coaches if possible.
Also, I had no idea you had one of the Hornby clockwork Thomases.
