I don't recall seeing this set before but then again there are a lot of things I don't recall anymore 
. Called the Special Structure Set the YouTube said released around 2001. I wish Plarail would start releasing big sets like this one without trains and blue tracks but plenty of scenery, special track and buildings. Each set could include a couple re-releases of discontinued destination pieces but with multiples of accessories to grow any youngsters (ahem) Layout exponentially.
