The last one on Muddy's picture is a Thomas Wrapping train, but technically it's not a Keihan train... It's the Takara Tomy Plarail SC-04 Fuji Kyuko 6000 Series Thomas Land Train.
The Fujikyu 6000 series (富士急行6000系, Fuji Kyūkō 6000-kei) is an electric multiple unit (EMU) train type operated by the private railway operator Fuji Kyuko (Fujikyu) on the Fujikyuko Line in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan.

But, there is another Keihan Thomas wrap - Plarail Thomas Keihan Series 10000 Wrapping Train 2017:

My favourite is Keihan 700 from the set with Thomas logo (the only set with Thomas logo that doesn't contain a Thomas character train but a commuter train), because the windows and doors are "real" (molded), and not just painted on the wrapping:
