How to fix track reader on TnA engines?

@confusedanddelayed I've put in the spring multiple times in 2 different ways, that doesn't seem to be the problem, it might be but I can't tell until I swap it with a spring from another engine, its not a wiring issue I believe, it might be the metal plate but I'm not sure
