I remember seeing this old TOMY Layout setup in this garage-like room with yellowish-white walls. The road characters were run on slot car roads and there were like 4 Thomas' on the layout with a couple of Annies. There was also quite a bit of riser action going on with a bunch of grey risers which I believe were scratch-built. I cannot remember who's layout it was though. Would anybody here happen to know who made the layout and the video on it?
