I haven't seen such a set before either Dr Chris. What seems unusual, at least for me, is that its a Tomica World Road and Rail apparently released in a language other than English. And this set doesn't have the usual four digit number associated with a Tomica World Road and Rail set. I also don't remember seeing the 300X in any set other than by itself released in 1995.
