new disney resort steam engines?

My guess is that they might mean its a new train not a new release as it looks to be exactly the same one I have and I think you have that is bought only from Tokyo Disney. Unless they mean that it is new because it is now being sold outside of the Park.

I was checking the other items this Ebay sellers have and this must be a new release Pre-order...
