In my opinion, any train with their original Tomica World box, regardless whether it be a Red or Blue Tomy logo, is pretty rare and highly sought after.

They are quite rare, but I don't think they are the rarest after seeing the prices around. I'm not sure if the Japanese in the Japan auctions would pay the same price or a higher price. There were 3 Tomica World Eurostars this year: I bought one, one was bundled with 3 other Tomica World boxes, and the one mentioned by Tharazero1 here.

I thought it was a rural station, but I didn't know the out house was the way to generalise it. As a general rural station, yes.
Clearly a palm tree is replacing the out house. Is a palm tree a rural plant? If yes, I think it is still counted.
