After I had success with installing a snow plow on Trackmaster 2 Percy, I decided to test it out on a Tender Engine. I choose Edward because Edward is my second favourite character from the original series.
I took this and saw off the buffer. I guess I did a lousy job cutting them off as the plow couldn't say on after using crazy glue. So I had to use a sand paper to completely to send off the front end to create a level surface.
Finish product
I tested on the curve station and it cleared the station without any problem. The joy of trackmaster 2 engines are that tender engines (front portion) and tank engines are the same length.
I have an Trackmaster 2 Gordon sitting somewhere in the storage unit. I have one blue plow left so hopefully I will be able to find one soon.
I got this bizarre looking rolling stock from a lot I got on ebay. It turns out to be a knockoff. It doesn't have the female coupling on the other end. I tested it on the double curve. The extra flaps create a clearance issue should there be a training running beside it.
