Lets get this straight, Japan Post is storing items that are going to be shipped to EU/USA countries longer than the items shipped to Asian countries. The priority of shipment is Asia, then other countries further than Asia in increasing order. Of course, flights from Japan to other continents are short or delayed. I did tell you that an item to reach Singapore and Malaysia takes more than a month, you living in EU/USA continents can estimate your parcel to be delivered a month later than that. I'm not surprised why they decided to send back the parcel to Jauce, so that they allow you to use a faster shipping method and not bearing the irresponsibility of holding your items at their sorting centre/warehouse. I have been using Zenmarket to deliver parcels to friends outside Japan who require my assistance in bidding, so there are times where my parcel gets stuck in Japan Post for a month before reaching the aeroplane (but never was returned to Zenmarket).
Side note: I overload my shipments on Japan Post, around 25 shipments now so I contribute a reasonably large quota in their warehouse/sorting centre. Some have been there for 3 weeks already and 5 friends are still waiting patiently outside Japan. So I'm partly to blame for your slow shipments. Sorry about that, it cannot be helped when my friends all want a cheaper shipment method. Haha.
Side note 2: I did test a FEDEX shipment and it delivered from Japan to Malaysia in less than 1 day. So you might want to stick with courier from now. Probably you get your parcel in 2-4 days.
This is a sample shipment of Japan Post (EMS) my friend in Malaysia once waited for. Hopefully you will be patient as him.
