Are these cars that transform into a character? If so, are the cars the same size as regular Tomica cars or much bigger?

for example, Earth Granner Leo Cheetah is Width 200mm × Height 255mm × Depth 150mm, very big toy.

and Core Granner Leo Tomica is not Transform. Width 32mm × Height 25mm × Depth 75mm.
