What the Heck is This??? Plarail 60th Anniversary Black Cat Nyan Train

All I can hear are a bunch of cat sounds. If there’s any intelligible spoken Japanese, it’s in a “cat voice” that makes it difficult for a non-Japanese speaker to discern.
