Plarail Shopping in Japan

One of the more interesting Plarail shopping experiences in Japan was hunting out the shops that sell used toys.

Hobby Off has a few stores around Tokyo and is a subsidiary store of the Hard Off recycle stores.

    

Toy Planet is a bit harder to find but had heaps of used Tomica and Plarail for really good prices. You can see here tubs full of middle and end cars were all 100JPY each. Engines were usually about 350JPY. Bagged pieces of track about 250-200JPY. Everything clean and shrink-wrapped.
