Yes, it appears to be a full set with the rails, although I might be wrong about that. Direct links to the site I mentioned are kinda difficult because it always defaults back to the main page of the Japanese language site. Also, they are a huge reseller/retailer of online comics and other related items that definitely aren’t always “all ages appropriate”, so I’m reluctant to link them here.
