Sorry to leave you hanging - I must have missed this question about the blue stairs.

I can't shed a lot of light on them because they came in a big tub of used Tomy track and trains I bought. There were a few stray items in there and this was one of them.

I can tell you though, it is actually made of wood so I suspect it may be from a wooden railway set. It's an almost perfect height and dimension for Plakids and raised stations so I kept it as part of my scenery.
