Yes there are quite a few funny little scenes like the frisking (one of my favorites)...I’m so glad the the new camera makes them easier to be seen.
The arrows are pointing at Tomica cargo car transport containers.
They come in a sort of blister pack with a die cast Tomica car, a piece of scenery, and a plakid.
Also the Tomica Helicopter comes with one, and is designed to lock onto to them to complete its body, and transport cars.
