I have seen that C-12 before with a fixed front hook but never knew it was functional and had a purpose. I always thought it was just a detail. Funny, I still don't see an on/off swith. I have to assume the C-12 is the drive vehicle and the rotary blades turn with the friction wheels on the plow. Wonder if there is a video of this set in action? Now I want a junk one for parts
This set also includes the hard to find station with the pole (I forget what thats called)
