That Clockwork Percy is from 1966, from a company called Meccano. That thing runs on O Gauge track- it's VERY rare to find it in good shape. When the 'Percy' license was done, the remaining units were sold in France as the "Playtrain", with red smokeboxes and no face. This video shows a good comparison in scale with Plarail, but there's better videos of it with the basic operation.
