Not to be rude, if I were you, I wouldn't of been rough with the Percy. I got mine shipped into USPS on November 23rd from the same seller and he never broke on me all because I wasn't rough with him and I understand that he's delicate. I once dismantled a TnA Thomas back in the 2000's and I got another last month and never took him apart unless Ripley can when he has an issue. I would of recommend sending him to Ripley for repair like I'll be doing to my TnA English James and Gen 2 James. I'm always very careful with my TnA locos because I took tips from users like Ripley and ucwepn. If it wasn't for BPT and it's users being here, I wouldn't of known more about TnA Engines. It's best not to be rough with these engines and inderstand how fragile they are . WHen I record my videos, the roughest scenes will be reserved for the regular locos not the TnA Engines. We all make mistakes in life but it's best to learn before you get yor hands on one. I tried to fix the cracked gear problem on my TnA James but I ended up cousing some problems so he'll be ready for trip to Ripley's for repairs aliong with my Gen 2 Plarail Talking James. I also keep my TnA Engines on a shelf when not in use so they won't break. Also NEVER EVER use any high energy batteries as it burns out the fuse inside the loco, I got that tip from Mike Arnett Customthomas now I started using reguilar batteries in TnA Engines again. the gearing in TnA Engines have very different sets of gears from typical locos as well.
Remember; as I say, take tips from Ripley or another TnA Pro before you buy one .
