If its just a question...Plarail Capsule (wind-up) makes just about all Thomas characters in, plated, form (gold, bronze, silver)
I am also confused as to the picture. Is this your toy, your picture? If so why only one picture of one angle or is it meant to deceive? Are there identifying or makers marks anywhere(Logos etc)?
Or maybe you didn't mean 'debate' at all but more of a guessing game or a 'whats this' game. Or just a plain question like 'Does anyone know if there is a plated Percy?
