Train Wraps

I have actually made many train associated stickers just using an Inkjet Printer and self stick Labels from like from Avery but they wouldn't wear to good and aren't waterproof.. What drew me to these was the word "Stretch" where I assumed they would have to be vinyl in some way. I can't understand how they would be stretchable with a clear sheet over paper so I am missing something.

Maybe they can be stretched over 'bumps' or whatever if you apply a little heat if they are vinyl
