Rajiv actually looks decent so far. Much better than cutting up a precious original Emily as opposed to the deformed Revolution one. Your photography has also improved (is it the same camera?).
The toothpicks used for his cab will make it too tall; you should trim them slightly so they're more in scale (I suggest you start measuring things and using a ruler if you want something adequate). Also, for the funnel you should use a rod on the inside to keep it all together and help it stay up, or (better yet) use something symmetrical like a PVC pipe or LEGO so the funnel would "blend in" and actually look like it's part of the model. Furthermore, you don't need to add the engines' countries every time you mention them (we already know who they are; i.e., "Ivan of Russia" as opposed to another Ivan). Hopefully this Rajiv will turn out good and do him justice, since he's worth the effort.
P.S. I saw Daisy on the upcoming customs list. You should definitely save up and order Out of Oil (FlyingFordFalcon)'s Daisy body and face from Shapeways (body requires a pre-Revolution Diesel 10 chassis) to get the best result. Trust me, it's much better than using BoCo or a generic Japanese engine. Just be sure to paint them if they arrive.
